  Where to start! This place is special it is full of life and energy that reminds one how fun it is to move! From dancer classes to rehabilitation to performance enhancement and just overall well being Gyrotonic Bodhi is a home for everyone back in their bodies. The Gyrotonic Expansion System is like giving yourself a massage from the inside out. If you haven't tried it, I would highly recommend it. My body feels strong, long, and lean after one class.
  
  The studio is beautiful, high ceilings and natural light creating a place of well being in one's heart and mind.
  
  The teachers are excellent! Professional, warm, welcoming and skilled, they know and embody movement and living the system. My favorite classes are the Dancer classes, Mbodi, archway and regenerative, floor classes..... Well pretty much all of them.
  
  Love love love this place.
